Art works from Freshman Year at Ringling College of Art and Design

The  above image you see, is an assignment from my last semester  known as the Thorne Room. The objective of the assignment was to potray an environment by creating  physical props and room  from scratch. The objective also included  using physical lights to create the atmosphere. I am honestly very prods of this work as everything was made hand held and the lighting seen here is all physical lighting.  I used a flood light and various other lighting style to give  the environment a feel of abandoned , burnt building. The burnt wood texture was created  by mixing charcol and water in just the right amount and using a large paint brush. I am Proud to day that  there was no photoshop used  in this picture.
